Position Overview:

We are in search of a highly driven NIL Account Manager to join our team in our Pittsburgh office to oversee the growth of our tech product, JABA.JABA is a personal brand coach in your pocket for athletes. The ideal candidate will not only have a deep love for sports but also possess the organizational skills and creativity necessary to excel in account management in the dynamic world of athlete marketing. This person must also have an interest in NIL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with sports executives
  • Love the NIL industry
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and align our products and services accordingly.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
